SHIPPING & Returns

We ship packages on working days from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 within Belgium, the European Union and other countries with the exception of public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation on the e-mail address you have provided as soon as we have processed your order. You will receive a second email with a Track & Trace number from the delivery service as soon as your package has been shipped. With this Track & Trace number, you can follow the shipment. You must sign for receipt of your product.

You will receive a message from us if the delivery cannot take place or cannot take place on time. This can for example happen when we no longer have the products in stock. We aim to ship your order within 2 weeks.

SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

You are responsible for the correct input of your contact details and the shipping address at the placement of your order. We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address if you have not entered your shipping address correctly on our website.

Please contact us directly at blessingstylingcastle@hotmail.com if you have mistakenly entered incorrect contact details and/or shipping addresses on our website so that we can correct this in time.

If we have already shipped your order, we can unfortunately only wait until the package is returned to us before we can again ship your order with the correct contact details and/or the correct shipping address. Please note that there is a risk that the package will not be returned to us by the receiving party.

Any additional shipping costs involved are for your account. 

DELIVERY

We use the delivery services of Bpost and DHL. The estimated delivery time within Belgium is 1 to 2 working days. The estimated delivery time in other countries is 1 to 2 working days with DHL. These delivery times are only an indication and can therefore not lead to any right or liability.

Please contact the delivery service immediately if you experience any problems with your Track & Trace number, the delivery of your package and/or the packaging of your product. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your package during the delivery period.

We cannot guarantee whether or not you will pay customs fees or import duties upon delivery of your product. Customs duties or import duties may be charged when the package is received in a country other than the Netherlands. These costs are for your own account.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. You can return the delivered product within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided the product is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. This is also known as the 'right of withdrawal'. In this case, we will send you a return form by email. We ask you to complete the return form completely and return it together with your product. We will not process your return without this return form.

We are not responsible for the loss of your return. We recommend that you return the package as a registered package with a Track & Trace number. The return costs are for your own account. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If the product has been used, we cannot accept your return for hygienic reasons. We will determine whether the seal is still intact and/or the product has not been used. Should the product be damaged or missing as a result of negligence on your part, you forfeit your right to return.

If your return has been approved, we will notify you and refund the price of the product, excluding the shipping costs that you have paid, to your account within 3 working days. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at blessingstylingcastle@hotmail.com.

REFUND POLICY DISCLAIMER FOR WIGS AND LACE PRODUCTS

The nature of our wigs does not allow returns and refunds. At our discretion we may consider accepting returns under rare and exceptional circumstances under the following strict conditions:

  • The wig or lace product is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product;
  • The wig or lace product has not been worn and is still in its original condition and packaging; and
  • The wig or lace product contains no glue, gel or hair products.

Returned products not meeting all the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.

We are not responsible for the loss of your return. We recommend that you return the package as a registered package with a Track & Trace number. The return costs are for your own account.

We will refund the price of the product, excluding the shipping costs that you have paid, to your account within 3 working days, as soon as we have determined that the product is still in good condition.

If this seal has been released and/or the product has been used, we cannot accept your trade-in for hygienic reasons. After receipt of the product to be exchanged, we determine whether the seal is still intact and/or the product has not been used. Should the product be damaged or missing as a result of your negligence, you forfeit your right to exchange.

If your return has been approved, we will notify you and ship your new product to the shipping address you specified within 3 working days, as soon as we have determined that the product is still in good condition. The additional shipping costs are for your account.

GENERAL TRADE-IN POLICY DISCLAIMER FOR WIGS AND LACE PRODUCTS

The nature of our product does not allow trade-ins. At our discretion we may consider accepting trade-ins with a product of equal value or more under rare and exceptional circumstances under the following strict conditions:

  • The wig or lace product is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product;
  • The wig or lace product has not been worn and is still in its original condition and packaging; and
  • The wig or lace product contains no glue, gel or hair products.

Returned products are only eligible for trade-in if all the above conditions are met. Returned products will be rejected and returned to the customer if any of the above conditions are not met.

We will ship your new product to the shipping address you specified within 3 working days, as soon as we have determined that the product is still in good condition. The additional shipping costs are for your account.
